This residential architecture project had the objective of decorating a couple’s Loft, located in the Mandarim Condominium, Peninsula, Barra da Tijuca. With neutral tones and a subtle hint of purple, this double right loft caters to all the needs of the couple.
The small dining room has gained space with the use of the couch as an accent. The rotating tulip chairs gave a special touch to the decor. A large mirror was placed in space, improving the sense of amplitude. In addition, a television has been built into the wall, so that people at the table do not have to be moved to look at the television in the living room.
With a large door almost 4m high, made by the own cabinet of the Leila Dionizios Office, the kitchen was divided from the living room. In this way, it is possible to integrate the environments when necessary.
The living room has a large comfortable sofa, and a very modern bookcase, where you can hide all the electronic devices. The wallpaper behind the television rack brings a slight texture to the décor with no regrets in the room.
The office can be integrated into the living room easily or flip a guest room when the HunterDouglas® roll panel is closed.
The room of the couple received a beautiful wallpaper, to give a little more color to the environment. To save space on bedside tables, light fixtures have been installed on the wall next to the bed.
