Condominium Royal Green

This residential architecture project for a resident of the Royal Green Condominium was a challenge for the architect Leila Dionizios and her collaborators.

The integrated rooms add a special touch to the apartment, creating a large room where everything has been harmonized to give comfort to its residents.

By creating a unique environment, it is also easier to receive friends, who will not end up scattered in different rooms.

The rooms have been decorated with modern design furniture and neutral colors that never go out of style. The different coatings used in the room complement each other, creating a sophisticated and cozy end room.

Comfortable sofas and armchairs create the perfect environment to watch TV or read a book. Complementing the living room, a beautiful decorated gourmet balcony that has received some appliance with super modern design. The huge table creates the perfect setting for a special family meal. Of course the view from the apartment also helps and gives this family a beautiful and privileged space to make meals or just pass the time.

The kitchen received special linings and state-of-the-art appliances. In addition, several kitchen cabinets have been installed to make life easier for the residents of this apartment, who now have enough space to store all the objects, in addition to a long bench. In the kitchen there is also a table with four chairs, specially installed for the small meals of the day, like breakfast and snacks.

In the double bedroom, the combination of black and white is complemented with a natural wood counter and a neutral wallpaper that gives life to the space. Personal photos in picture frames bring a bit of the personality of their residents to the room. The bathroom has a huge mirror, which helps not only people get dressed, but visually widens the room. Highlight the hot tub and the custom-made shelf, which received some decorative objects that gave the space a spa climate.
