Condominium Saint Bart

A large apartment with a little more than 400m², cozy and refined, was the initial step to develop the residential architecture project in the Saint Bart Condominium.

Although the apartment was new, the owners requested some modifications, such as a special lighting project and the total kitchen change, to meet the needs of the family. The space has gained a large counter with cooktop and several storage spaces, plus a wall beautifully decorated with tablets.

The apartment has a large living room and a dining room with double height foot, which was well explored by the architect Leila Dionizios in its decoration.

In the decoration of the dining room the printed armchairs bring color to the decoration.

In the living room, the architect chose to use demolition wood, cementitious boards of Castellato and linen in the decoration. The neutral colors stand out in the decor of this room, the brise separates the entrance hall from the main room. Vibrant color pillows and decorative accessories give personality to the environment.

The balcony, with a beautiful view, is the perfect place to receive visits and make some meals.

The room of the couple was very cozy with the special lighting and the armchair in the corner, which takes very good use of natural light. A beautiful bookcase provides all the necessary space for the couple to keep books and display decorative pieces and picture frames.
