Condominium Via Privilége

This architectural project in the Via Privilége Privilege Condominium was a great challenge for the Leila Dionizios office. Located in Barra da Tijuca, this apartment, of a little more than 250m², is totally geared towards welcoming family and friends.

The landscape has guided part of the interior decoration, overlooking the Lagoon of Marapendi. The living room and the porch became an environment of contemplation. In the room, the miter was modified to open the entire span and integrate it into the balcony. Demolition wood and white marble are featured in the decoration of this room.

In the decoration design of the TV room were used acoustic materials, since much of the room is lined with materials that reverberated the sound, which could cause a poor quality for the Home Theater. The eggplant silk armchair of classic design is the highlight in the decoration of this modern and cozy space.

In the decoration of the living room the highlight is the wooden panel of demolition with the niche in mirror bronze, which gives a very natural air to the room. Linen and leather also predominate in the environment, in addition to the decoration of the dining room.

The dining room received a beautiful table and very sophisticated black chairs, plus two different armchairs in the headboards. The pendant lamps and a beautiful frame complement the decor of the room.

In the lobby decoration the mosaic wall in white marble is highlighted by the lighting design.

The office decoration project was integrated into the living room through two white lacquered sliding panels, which also created a reading corner with a beautiful armchair and a wall dedicated to travel memories made by the couple.

In the design of the double bedroom decoration the neutral tones predominated, an oak panel and two sliding white lacquered panels gave entrance to the two bathrooms of the suite.
